CHECK-IN TIME:

TIME:
11:00 a.m. so that housekeeping may prepare for
the next guests.
CANCELLATION:
The reservation is refundable less a $250 fee for
any cancellation received at least 60 days before
arrival. No refunds will be given for cancellation
or interruption due to inclement weather.
SECURITY
DEPOSIT:
A deposit of $250 is required to confirm a reservation,
with the balance due two weeks prior to arrival.
Payments may be made by cash, check or credit card.
This payment will be refunded, provided there is
no damage or theft to the unit or property, and
there are no outstanding expenses related to rental
extensions, excessive cleaning needed or long distance
telephone charges.
OCCUPANCY:
The unit may be occupied by no more then the maximum
number of persons (adults, children and infants)
indicated on this confirmation. Occupancy is defined
as any overnight stay. In the event occupancy is
exceeded, guest agrees to let the owner, owners
agent or condomium association remove them from
the unit and retain all monies whether earned or
unearned. Student groups are not permitted. Students
unaccompanied by a parent will not be permitted
to register. Any reservations obtained under false
pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies
prepaid and the party will not be permitted to occupy
any unit in the Rentals management program.
CONDOMINIUM
RULES:
Your unit is confirmed with the understanding that
you will adhere to the rules and regulations set
by individual condominiums or homeowner associations.
CLEANING:
All condos and homes are cleaned prior to arrival
and at departure. No Pets are allowed in our condos.
No Smoking is permitted inside the condos. All condos
are cleaned prior to arrival and a one-time $85
cleaning fee will be charged.
Note
that there are coin operated washers and dryers
in the condo complex for extended stays.
SUPPLIES:
All units are fully equipped for your enjoyment
with cable TV, microwave and kitchen supplies for
everyday cooking and a starter supply of bath soap
and toilet tissue.
TELEPHONE
USAGE:
Each unit is equipped with a telephone. Long distance
calls must be charged to a calling card, credit
card or billed to your home number. Local calls
are free.
BEACH
TOWELS AND BEACH EQUIPMENT:
Please make sure and bring your own along!
SUBSTITUTION
OF ACCOMMODATIONS:
Circumstances may cause your confirmed unit to be
unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute
comparable accommodations. We cannot guarantee the
confirmed rate in these circumstances, however accommodations
and rates will be subject to your approval.
